Dracula's Curse is WHERE IT'S AT. Probably my favorite castlevania (except maaaaaaaaybe sotn, but definitely my favorite classic one) and that's saying a LOT. It's insanely difficult, one of the hardest NES games out there, but so worth it if you can master it. All the partners are neat (though you can definitely solo the game with Trevor) but i recommend Grant especially; not only can he jump slightly higher and climb on walls, but he runs slightly faster and -- get this -- he can move left and right freely in the air! That changes EVERYTHING! Plus, if you can learn to time his fast attacks just right, he can stunlock just about any non-boss enemy in a constant flurry of stabs... he's great <3

I've now finished the entire "194X" series. 1942 had me ready to pull my hair out in frustration by the end! The rest, not bad at all.

With the completion of 1943: The Battle of Midway, I have more "Completed" games than any other distinction, and got "Master of Unlocking" badge! Goal is to eventually have "Unfinished" as the lowest stat of the three.

Making a focused effort to get "Unfinished" number below that of "Completed." Next step, to get it below "Beaten." Problem I've always had is what constitutes completed and beaten.

Your avatar has been gone since I've been on Backloggery on me.

Well actually I'm almost done Kinestone, it is everything else that I'm not done. Also a reasonable chunk of my Backlog is Nulled and likely some of my beaten should be Nulled as I no longer have them to complete, plus the games I don't plan on finishing. I don't think mine compares to yours and I had a memory card go die on me, my brother deleted several saved computer games and I use to restart my pokemon and I have no clue if I should count them as beat or rebeat them to count them or not. Likely I should only have somewhere under 50 unbeat but life tells me otherwise, even though maybe I could/should count them I don't know. Also I didn't think my collection that big, personally I only own 148 of my titles listed.

Going to play Metroid next. Already finished 3DS VC Metroid II: Return of Samus, so time for this to join it. This was me 25 years ago when I finished Metroid: "Samus is a woman? WUT???" To say that today would be like saying: "Tiger Woods is a golfer? WUT???"

Torn on what to play next. I've got three "anniversary" things going. Playing through Final Fantasies chronologically, starting last year celebrating my 20th anniversary of playing my first FF (IV). Then, there's my 25th anniversary of Zelda, so I'm playing through those (and keeping myself satisfied until Oracles come to 3DS VC). Finally, this month is my 25th anniversary of getting the original Metroid, so I want to play it.

May do shorter games in those series, as I want to get my unfinished games below 200 before the next Wii U VC 30 cent offering.
