Thanks for the opinion, I'll score myself a copy when it hits the bargain bin for $25 CDN or less. I enjoyed the Raiden Fighters Aces collection but I paid $20 CDN for that new, so Raiden IV can wait!

I'm not a shmup connoisseur by any means, but I enjoy it. It's pretty clearly an arcade port, and I wish they had a better way to use the screen real estate, but it's a pretty good game. I got it for $20 on a Best Buy sale, so price may affect your opinion on it too.

Raiden IV any good? I wanted to get it but the $49.99 CDN price tag (although I do have a $25 CDN gift card to waste) and the two downloadable planes make me think it's a horrible value. But if it's fun...let me know?
