lol I'm making all my bells by netting beetles and sharks down on the island after 7pm - I can usually make 200-300k bells a trip. That's the way to make easy money in New Leaf.

But if you're serious, apparently if I visit your town via Wi-Fi and send you a letter with bells attached. I've never tried visiting someone else's town before, but we can try if you're serious! But I think you can make more in just one trip to the island than I could mail in one visit.
