Sounds great! I actually thought that normal mode was a bit on the easy side. Once I figured out how to climb a certain colossus, it was really easy to finish it off. Are there new ways to tackle Colossi as well? I mean aside from other located weak spots, is it possible to take down a colossus in a different way on hard mode? Anyway, I might join you soon in taking on hard mode.

Any idea how many coins I need for the best ending?

So what, is it like Luigi's Mansion, where the numbers of coins changes the "ending" you get?

Ah man, I the battke music in this game and I actually also like the parts where there's no music at all. It just fits. Then when you start to approach a colossus, this music kicks in and you get like all excited to see what it looks like. I really appreciate what they did there. And not just the music by the way, just the whole game in general is pretty damn awesome so far.

Oh and yeah, I do have a question. I came across a lizard earlier and he dropped his tail (I think), so I picked it up but it didn't seem to have any purpose? Do you know more about that?

Thanks for the advice man, it was quite useful! I succeeded after a lot of trial and error. I had a hard time collecting those blue coins in time so I kept restarting the level. Didn't really mind it though as I love the Rainbow Ride stage and also just SM64 in general.
