Yeah. I know the entering can be a bit of a pain but one trick I've found is that I made a wish list entry for all the other games I'd want to buy and add to my collection either released or that I know about. Things like Baten Kaitos GC to Smash Bros Wii U. Now, when I do buy a game, I've usually already got the title stored in that section and can just add it to my collection. Of course, every once in a while, I need to take a bit of time to add more upcoming titles when they get announced like after E3 but then I'm good to go for a long time again.

Hi Stratos. Looks like you actually will update your page once in awhile. I'm trying to get in the habit of doing it more but I go through stretches where I don't play much. Still, I thought you had abandoned this place. Now I can look through your collection and judge you properly instead of wondering if I'm missing some information.

Now you see why I was hesitant to join. It took forever to compile the list on GameFAQs and I wasn't so keen on doing that again. But it was easier this time since I could just copy over the list from GameFAQs instead of having to actually remember everything I own.

I guess your rating criteria makes sense. It is such a limited scale so it doesn't leave much room for comparative purposes. I'll probably end up changing some of the ratings I gave because of that.

Mario Tennis is teh awesomes, and not just because it is Birdo's resurgence on the Mario scene as his first playable appearance. I also have the Game Boy Mario Tennis and have transferred over the four characters from it, that helped renew my interest in the game at the time. Even after all of these years I still come back to this game every now and then, even although all I have left to do in it is earn the rainbow stars on the exhibition grid.

What happened to the Wisdom Tree games that you owned? Did you lose them or did you sell them? I'm not sure but they might be worth a little bit because of their rarity. The only bible game I want to own for collection purposes is Super 3D Noah's Ark, because it is the only unlicensed release on the Super NES. The game uses the Wolfenstein 3D engine, only instead of a gun you have a slingshot with sleeping pills and go around the ark shooting them at all of the animals.

Looks like our taste in games isn’t too dissimilar; you have a lot of the same games I do, plus many which are on my want list. About the only type of games you have which I have no interest in are the RPGs and fighting games.

I also never finished Donkey Kong 64 because there’s way too much junk to collect and eventually I lost track of it all. It’s a real shame too because that game is amazing but is almost ruined by its abundance of collectables.

I notice you listed Mario Tennis as “Complete”. Did you complete it 100%? As in, all tournament trophies for all characters, all ring shot completed with all characters, and the entire exhibition mode grid filled with rainbow stars?

LOL Virtual Boy. I’ve always wanted one solely for collection purposes, it’s the only Nintendo system I’ve never owned at one point.

I think that The Angry Nintendo Nerd did a video review of Bible Buffet. Maybe you should check it out so you don’t have to subject yourself to the game…

I’m sorry if this sounds disrespectful but I think you are a bit generous with those four-star ratings. I mean, come on, Boom Blox? Guitar Hero III? SSBBrawl? Halo? Super Mario Sunshine? Okay so I’m not going to go through the whole list since you know which ones they are. These games have very obvious flaws.

Anyways, good luck dredging through that remaining hundred games.

Yeah, there is no "set" turn order. It's all dynamic, and I believe speed only contributes to a formula (which explains why the same characters don't all go in order and then repeat the same pattern every "turn". You'll get some characters who manage to skip ahead of others in the rotation. Later in the game, it's not uncommon for some fast characters to go twice before another character even gets a move.

It does take some getting used to, simply because it doesn't use Fire Emblem and Warsong's "Player Phase" and "Enemy Phase" system. It's more like Final Fantasy Tactics where everyone uses individual initiative.
