I have to ask how in god's name you beat Radiant Silvergun lmao. I've been playing it off and on over the past few months and can't get past the second boss

I enjoyed the atmosphere of Silent Hill. It’s quite technically impressive for the PS1, as well.
Some of the maze-like areas (the school, hospital, etc.) were a bit of a slog, but I really enjoyed discovering the mysteries of the town.

I’m ready to play the remake of SH2 when it releases.

It really gets the flow state! Definitely moments where the momentum gets cut short by ledges etc, but I really enjoyed it overall, very similar to The Pathless in a lot of ways

Right - the levels of Max Payne 2 are very repetitive. There’s not much variety.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds it to be a bit of a downgrade. Hopefully Max Payne 3 kicks things up a notch once I get around to it!

Nice one finishing Earthbound! One of those games where I wish I could wipe my memory and re-experience it again, such a special games!

Yeh Halo 3 is my favourite so far having played the first 5 games. Just two more to go!

SEGA really needs to work with Microsoft to get Jet Set Radio Future backwards compatible so I can play it.

I wish they would bring Wario back! I'm definitely liking 3 a lot more than 2, even though it does a lot of similar things that 2 did. Feels like they figured it out/refined it a bit more in 3. Though the bosses are still goddamn terrible and I'm so thankful for save states so I don't have to waste a bunch of time on them.

I've been meaning to play Radiant Historia for literally almost a decade lol. I remember listening to praise for it when it first released for DS and know I should have played it years ago. Better late then never!

Ghost Giant was very cute. The gameplay wasn’t groundbreaking or anything, but it was a nice little VR experience.

Did you like Kirby Rainbow Curse? I remember being disappointed that you are forced to look at the low resolution GamePad screen for Kirby’s first HD adventure.

Tales of Symphonia is one of those games that I hear about so often, that I should probably play at some point. What do you think about it?

Click Clock Woods can be a bit annoying, but they handled it pretty well. Man, I just love that game. I’m so glad to see Banjo and Kazooie in Smash.

Do you have plans to play Banjo-Tooie? It is a very different game - almost like a 3D Metroidvania. I personally don’t think it is as good as the original, but it is close. Quite a technical feat, too.

Was this just recently your first time finishing Banjo-Kazooie? You rated it five stars, so I am assuming you must have enjoyed it!

Hmmm, that’s a good question. I feel like I do a good job at returning to titles I have previously finished. Of course, I never list them on my “Now Playing” section, but some days I’ll just put old a system and start playing random stuff. Like within the past year I replayed Paper Mario 2, Elite Beat Agents, ExciteBots, Banjo-Kazooie... titles that seem completely random but I immensely enjoyed. And then there are others where I picked up in the middle of a save file and just play for a bit.

A game that comes to mind that I had not played in some time but had very nostalgic memories for was the original Rollercoaster Tycoon. Many days in the late ‘90s were spent building gigantic theme parks. But I stopped playing because something about the game’s installer wouldn’t properly load on my proceeding PCs (or something to that effect).

Eventually the game was re-released on Steam. Boy, what a rush it was to hear the canned sound effects and pressing those stylized buttons. It evoked so many childhood memories! I ended up playing all of the original game’s scenarios and having just as much fun as I did when the game first appeared in my life.

So yeah, I guess that’s my long winded answer to your question!

Drawn to Life. I remember that having a lot of potential back in the day, but it doesn't quite live up to it. Honestly, I do not recall much of the game other than getting it around launch and making a lot of weird characters.

That’s good to hear! Unfortunately my PC has been giving me issues lately and so I have not been inclined to play anything in my Steam library.

Is Braid still worth playing in 2019? I’ve had it in my backlog forever.

Luigi’s Mansion on 3DS is a decent way to play the game. I prefer the GameCube version (double sticks, more stable framerate, better lighting). But if you have never gone through the title before, then I recommend it.

I am surprised to see you playing the Game Boy version of Metroid 2. Is this some sort of punishment...?

Alien Hominid seems like a tough game. Did it give you any trouble?
