Hey, this is really out of the blue, but I found your page here and I just wanted to say I love your banner image. It's Yoshitaka Amano's work for the Final Fantasy series, right? (I'm honestly not super knowledgeable about FF, but I love his concept art and his body of work in general.)

Oh god don't get me started on Mitsuru.

Marin Karin and the fact that Yukari never healed anyone when they actually needed to be healed annoyed me so badly. Definitely, that's why I also enjoyed P3P so much more! In FES I had to restart the final boss about 6 or 7 times because of the party members messing up so badly, yet in P3P it only took two attempts which was considerably less stressful haha!

Yes, I adore Shinji, though I gotta say I did go with Akihiko first because of his awkwardness.

I adore them both though! Yeah, I did think that too to be honest. Now that you mention it, I remember some of the awkward banter with Ken in Portable.

I much prefer P3P over FES. Do you too then? I found it much more addictive and less restrictive compared to FES. And being able to play as a female and romance Akihiko & Shinjiro was definitely an added bonus!

So how are you liking EarthBound? It's the first RPG I ever owned but it took me about 20 years and multiple restarts to beat it. Felt real good to finally knock that one off my list last year.

I have a very bad habit of playing a lot of games at the same time leading me to forget to play the older ones and never finish.
