Are you seriously playing that many games at once?! If so, that's insane! It's probably more likely that you keep adding new games even though others have been put on the backburner, but you still want to leave them as "Now Playing". I do that a lot. Currently with the Resident Evil titles, I started playing all of them in a row. I'm currently at Zero, but I left the others in my "Now Playing" list with links to my review and website for others who may want to check that out.
Do you only add games to your backloggery that you are currently playing, or your whole collection? I inputted my whole collection, although I have since sold off a lot of them. Which is why my "formerly owned" list is so high...
