Don't forget to play Shenmue II. One of the greatest sequels of all time. I played those games for the first time in 2011 myself. The first one is a totally unique experience to this day, but Shenmue II really improves the pacing and well... everything. Oh, and one last thing: Check out the soundtrack (from Youtube, or whatever). It's incredible.
