No! Don't skip it, it's a great game, in fact it may even be the best game on 3DS yet! The story is great, it's full of humour and self references to itself and over Nintendo game series.

There's loads of content and re-playability as well.

I'm telling you man, Uprising is nothing like the NES/GB game. But hey, if you're really unsure, then I guess you should try it out first.

No Kid Icarus? What's wrong with you?
Seriously though, how can Mr. Impulse Buy not have one of the best (if not the best) 3DS games!?
Is it because of those Metroid-esque enemies? That should make you want it even more, as I'm sure you'd enjoy killing them outside of a Metroid game.
