Even better than the first Bayonetta, this was just a lot of fun. The enemies are thoroughly designed - even ザコenemies have multiple attacks and patterns. Some are super annoying though they're never unfair. Difficulty is high, but you learn every time you get hit by an attack. The game runs smoothly and it's just a blast to play with the Wii U Pro Controller. If there is one game that makes owning a Wii U worth it, it's this one. If you like action games, that is. 
I loved it. Now, it wasn't a perfect game, but it broke the mold the previous two Dangan Ronpa games established in a way that was really exciting. I was wary because of the genre change, but in the end it just didn't matter. It's a Dangan Ronpa game through and through. The gameplay was solid with some fun puzzle ideas--- to be honest it was pretty much like playing Resident Evil 4 or a similar survival horror game, just with Monokuma instead of... you know... Zombies.
4.5 Stars probably.

I'm on the fence about it. I'd kinda like to hear the English dub since I'm not a full Japanese purist yet, so the dual audio for even the JP release will be a neat aspect. Other than that though, only really curious about the fact that they say they improved chapters 7 and 8, which you and I both had a problem with. All the other changes are pretty much cosmetic.
