Yuki was my favorite, actually. Then, I watched disappearance, and fell in love with Asakura. Her character was fleshed out much more in the movie, and it makes her one of my favorite anime characters in general. Yuki is second, and my third favorite would probably be Kyon. I didn't like him much growing up but I've grown an appreciation for him lately.
Well I'm glad I could tip you off too the LNs and Manga then! It's always frustrating when content gets cut from the anime version, but that's just the nature of the industry i suppose.
Haha awesome. Paper Mario is an old time favorite of mine, from when I was a kid. Still, to this day, trying to beat the pit of 100 trials! As for Yume Nikki, I tried it in 2013 or so, but barely attempted it. I'm so glad I decided to give it a solid run this time around. It's a truly breathtaking experience.
I haven't read the VNs yet, but I want to. I've heard they are the superior version. I haven't finished the anime either, though I like it quite a bit. It was one of the shows that helped me appreciate anime more broadly, alongside Lucky Star. Soul Eater was alright, I couldn't really get into it. I'm open to giving it another shot though, as it has been quite a while since I've watched it.
